FRD Furukawa FHB/FXJ hydraulic breakers

FHB SERIES - Total Impact Control On Demand

 

FHB hydraulic breakers are built with an SV housing which is a damping system that provides effective noise and vibration reduction for greater operator comfort and significantly lower environment impact. With each damper individually adjustable.

The unique monoblock structure from FRD eliminates the need for through bolts (Tie Rods) meaning no maintenance of these is required. Through 3D flow analysis, the internal flow within the hydraulic breaker is optimized, significantly reducing flow resistance. This leads to faster working cycles, lower strain on the carrier machine, improved fuel efficiency & reduced CO2 emissions.

 

From the FHB16 onwards they are fitted with a QSV (Quick Switch Valve). This will switch the impact in one second, with a 90degree turn of the tool you can turn change the mode/impact of the breaker from Light (S) to Strong (L) to Auto Stop (A). When the rock is fractured the percussion stops automatically.

 

7 models suitable for 9 - 55 tonne excavators, which can be used for heavy duty demolition, excavation & quarrying.

 

FXJ SERIES

FXJ hydraulic breakers offer a reliable, low cost maintenance and a long service life.

Ideal for heavy work in quarries and demolition sites where the most powerful breaking out force is required.

2 models suitable for 44-100 tonne excavators, which can be used for heavy duty demolition, excavation & quarrying.
